Will they know I’ve asked for a check?
No. A Basic check uses only publicly available information and they’re never contacted. In the Full check’s light loyalty test, a decoy sends one friendly message — nothing links it back to you.
What will my report include?
A short, plain-English summary of what we checked, what we found and what we didn’t, with screenshots where relevant. If we can’t confidently identify someone, we’ll say so rather than guess.
How long does it take?
Basic and Full checks are delivered within 48 hours of your ID check being completed. Full Loyalty Tests run for up to 5 days.
Is this legal in the UK?
We only use lawful, publicly available sources. We never hack accounts, track phones, or obtain private records by pretending to be someone else.
Who can’t use Verilove?
We verify every customer’s ID and turn down requests about exes, people you’re not in a relationship with, or anyone you’ve been asked to stay away from.
What happens to my information?
Your report is private to you. We delete reports, and the details you gave us about the person, 30 days after delivery. We keep basic payment records for 6 years because tax law requires it. See our privacy policy.
